We have found that the greatest problem most beginning and intermediate computer users have is a tendency to want to know why things work as they do rather than accepting things as they are. This is particularly difficult for technical people who have not had previous computer exposure. A change in this mind set is required to understand the file organization of a computer, which in turn is a prerequisite for continuing your education.
